(1) Check if the direction of power rotation is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the shell of the grinding machine;
(2) Check if the tension of the drive belt is appropriate. If the transmission belt is too tight, both the motor and bearings will heat up; If it is too loose, the transmission belt will slip, the productivity will decrease, and the grinding quality will also decrease accordingly. Therefore, the transmission belt should be tensioned to an appropriate degree;
(3) Check if the two grinding discs are securely installed, the fastening screws of the grinding discs must not be higher than the grinding discs, and whether the grinding gears and embedded clutches are securely installed;
(4) Check whether the adjusting screw rod can move forward and backward freely, and whether the spring can timely rebound the moving grinding disc;
(5) Check whether the silk screen is tightly pressed and whether the round screen blades collide or move away from the screen frame. The fan blade should be approximately 5-7 mm away from the screen surface.

(1) Adjustment of roller mill
① Adjustment of feeding amount: The feeding amount is adjusted by the gap between the flow adjustment plate and the slow roller. It is generally determined based on the size and working condition of the material particles.
② Adjustment of grinding roller gap: The fine adjustment of grinding roller gap is operated by adjusting the handwheel, and the adjustment amount for each turn of the handwheel is 0.04-0.06 mm; The coarse adjustment of the grinding roller gap is achieved by adjusting the positioning nut and adjusting the nut to change the fixed position of the bearing arms at both ends of the slow roller on the pull rod, thereby causing the slow roller to move closer or away from the fast roller. The adjustment amount for each turn of the positioning nut is 0.2-0.4mm.
The gap between the grinding rollers can be visually inspected or checked with a thin iron sheet. A thin paper strip of the same width as the grinding roller can also be inserted between the two grinding rollers, and the adjusting handwheel can be rotated to adjust the rolling distance. The transmission belt can be manually rotated to observe whether the traces of the paper strip being rolled are consistent. If the traces are uneven, the length of the pull rod or the pressure of the pressure spring can be adjusted.
③ Selection of grinding roller teeth arrangement: The grinding roller is the main working component of the grinding machine, and the surface of the grinding roller is made into fine and dense oblique teeth by a broach, which has strong grinding ability. Grinding teeth can be divided into sharp and obtuse angles, and the tooth shape arrangement of newly pulled grinding rollers should be blunt to blunt; When the tooth profile of the grinding roller wears out, the productivity significantly decreases. At this time, the fast and slow rollers can be used interchangeably or the slow rollers can be turned around to make the tooth profile arrangement blunt and sharp; When the tooth tip of the grinding roller wears further and the productivity is lower, turn the fast roller around to arrange the grinding teeth into sharp edges. When the grinding area is ground to a larger plane, the teeth should be pulled again.
④ Adjustment of wall panels and long sliding plates: The left and right wall panels are used to prevent materials from leaking out from both ends of the grinding roller without grinding. The gap between the left and right wall panels and the grinding roller is subject to no grain leakage. Whenever the grinding roller is pulled or replaced, the long sliding plate needs to be adjusted to prevent grain leakage or friction with the grinding roller. When adjusting, loosen the bolts and rotate the crank to maintain a gap of 1.5-2 mm between the long sliding plate and the slow roller,
⑤ The adjustment of the round screen section. After using the round screen for a period of time, the silk screen will become loose. At this time, the ratchet wheel on the ratchet shaft can be turned for adjustment.
Two pig brown brushes are installed on the air impeller inside the circular sieve, which serve to push fine powder out of the silk sieve and clean the mesh of the silk sieve in a timely manner. When the brush cannot reach the silk screen, loosen the bolt on the brush handle and use the long hole on the brush handle to move the brush position so that it can brush the silk screen.
