(1) The processed materials must be screened and water selected before being processed by humans. It is advisable to control the water content between 13% and 14%. Strictly prevent the mixing of iron blocks, stones, etc. and damage to the machine.
(2) After starting the machine, run it empty first and check for any significant vibrations or other abnormal phenomena. When idling, direct contact between two grinding discs (or rollers) is strictly prohibited to avoid empty grinding of the grinding discs (or rollers).
(3) After normal operation, rotate the adjusting handwheel while slowly opening the insertion plate of the feeding hopper (or slowly pushing the brake hook to the working position). Observe the feeding and grinding crushing conditions. Check if there is iron sheet in the flour or flour in the iron sheet, and pay attention to whether the bearings and gearbox are overheated.
(4) The processing of raw grains should follow the principle of first coarse and then fine, gradually adjusting the gap between the two grinding discs (or rollers), and as the number of grinding passes increases, the opening of the feed hopper insert plate (or flow adjustment plate) should gradually increase.
(5) For disc mills, after adjusting the clearance between the moving and stationary grinding discs each time, the locking nut must be tightened to maintain the adjusted clearance.
