Processing And Amplification Of The Separation Effect Of The Grinding Machine

Jun 30, 2023

In actual production, materials are not free to leave the milling machine from the discharge end. The discharge end of the milling machine has a function of inhibiting the discharge of large particles. Small particles can be discharged smoothly, while large particles remain in the mill and continue to be ground. This function is called export grading. The function of the mill itself will affect the time that materials stay in the mill, and different discharge methods have different inhibitory effects. For lattice ball mills, the effect of the lattice has a significant inhibitory effect on the discharge of large particles. Even if the lattice opening is large, it will still prevent the discharge of some large particles. In overflow ball mills, this effect also exists, but it is relatively small compared to grid ball mills. If this function is ignored in modeling, it will cause the predicted large particle content of the model to be too high.
