The high-pressure suspended roller mill mainly consists of a main machine, a fineness analysis machine, a blower, a finished cyclone dust collector, a bag dust collector, and a connecting air duct. According to user needs, auxiliary equipment such as crushers, elevators, storage bins, electromagnetic vibration feeders, and electrical control cabinets can also be equipped. In the main machine, the grinding roller component is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through a cross arm shaft. The grinding roller hanger is fixedly connected to the main shaft and the blade holder. The pressure spring is located on the cantilever outer end face of the grinding roller bearing chamber, and the cross arm shaft is used as the fulcrum to force the grinding roller to tightly press onto the inner surface of the grinding ring. When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the transmission device, the blade installed on the blade holder rotates synchronously with the grinding roller, and the grinding roller rotates while rolling in the inner circle of the grinding ring. The electric motor drives the impeller of the analyzer to rotate through a transmission device. The higher the impeller speed, the finer the powder sorted out.
