Cooling Machine Performance Characteristics

A single tube cooler is one of the important equipment in the rotary kiln system, which has the following characteristics: firstly, the clinker (1000-1200 ℃) coming out of the rotary kiln rotates through the cylinder to drive sufficient heat exchange between the material and air, cooling the material to below (200 ℃), while improving the quality and grindability of the clinker. Secondly, all the air after cooling the material is fed into the kiln as secondary circulation air, which improves the thermal efficiency of the kiln.
