When the rotary ultrafine grinding machine is working, the motor drives the main shaft through a coupling to rotate the grinding ring assembled in the upper part of the tray cavity and the lower throwing plate together. The electromagnetic vibration feeder evenly supplies the material from the feeding pipe on the upper part of the cover to the throwing plate on the lower end of the tray. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is thrown onto the upper part of the tray by the throwing plate and carried between the grinding rollers with the rotating grinding ring (there is a 3-5mm gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring), When the material layer passing through the grinding roller and the grinding ring is greater than the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, the material is crushed under the strong milling force from the two springs of the grinding roller. At the same time, the rotation of the grinding ring drives the grinding roller to rotate through the material, and the relative rotation of the grinding roller and the grinding ring greatly increases the grinding area. The crushed powder material rotates with the tray inside the tray cavity. When it collides with a stationary blade and is thrown onto the upper end face of the tray, the tangential spiral airflow blown by the blower blows it to the ultrafine turbine classifier above the host cylinder for screening. The finer and coarser particles still fall into the host tray for re grinding, and the fine particles that meet the specifications enter the cyclone collector for collection and become finished products.
